Framing & Profiles

Outerframe
This is the part that forms the perimiter framing of your window or door which is then fixed to the brick or block work on a building.

Transom/Mullion
These are used to split a window or door into separate apertures allowing a combination of fixed (Non-opening) and vent (opening) options

Vent/Sash
These form the opening parts of a window or door and are operated with a handle

Bead
Beads are used on both windows and doors and their function is to securely hold the glass in place

Drainage Tray
A drainage tray can be fixed to the bottom of any window or door and channel any penetrating water to the external part of the building

Cill
Cills can be fixed to the bottom of any window or door and along with cloaking external brickwork beneath the window, they also channel any penetrating water to the external part of the building

Baypole
A baypole serves 2 purposes. Firstly, these profiles help create the angles between windows and doors to form bays, bows and conservatories. Secondly, they also providea form structural support for roofing used on bays, bows and conseravtories

Coupling Bars
Allow windows and doors to be joined together either at the sides or top and bottom. Generally used on flag windows or for windows creating Fixed lights above a door.
